Boulder Living: Reimagined

Together, Timber and the brand-new S’Park neighborhood create a modern-day community specifically designed to connect people to each other, to the city and to life-amplifying experiences. It’s an unrivaled development – the first of its kind – all located in a town that National Geographic rated “The Happiest Place in the U.S.”

Situated in the heart of Boulder, S’Park is minutes from Boulder’s booming tech scene, Google’s Campus, CU Boulder and the famed Pearl Street Mall – just to name a few. The dining, shopping and entertainment options are such that you need not leave S’Park until the mood strikes. And, when you do, public transit options abound.

The Neighborhood Development (LEED ND) requirements help create well-connected neighborhoods and include consideration of walkable streets and access to outdoor spaces. The S’Park project earned points for affordable housing, proximity to jobs, walkable design, project density, and connection to the surrounding neighborhood; including access to transit, open space, nearby shops and restaurants. Each unit in the S’Park Neighborhood meets the strict energy efficiency requirements of the City of Boulder energy code, and contains water efficient lavatory fixtures. The S’Park neighborhood also reduced water use through water efficient landscaping irrigation and drought tolerant plants.
